Founded in 2001, Teseda Corporation, a Portland, Oregon (US)-based company, is a provider of hardware and software solutions that leverage DFT to address rapid first silicon debug, Failure Analysis and yield management solutions. Q-Star Test cooperates with Source III on the automation of Q-Star Test module control insertion during test program development and test program conversion, based on the use of Source III’s VTRAN product.
Source III's VTRAN product provides a link between simulation/ATPG vector data and physical device testers.  Supporting over 30 CAE vector formats and ATE tester formats, VTRAN can greatly reduce the time from design database to verified test program.  VTRAN's new automatic insertion of module control flow for Q-Star test products now extends its support to this exciting new IDDQ test technology.
