Q-Star Test at ITC 2011
Test will be present again at ITC. You will find us on Booth 200 - next to the entrance. We will be there together with our partner Ridgetop Group Inc. We will show you the innovative Q-Star Test products supporting multi-site Iddx test application as well as our solutions for Cost Reduction and product Quality Improvement. We will also show you Ridgetops innovative solutions for Reliability Verification, Yield Enhancement and advanced BGA/FPGA testing.
We look forward to meet you at the International Test Conference (ITC 2011) which will be held September 20 – 22 2011 at the Disneyland Hotel in Anaheim, California, right on the Disneyland property.

The 2011 IDDx/ISSx Survey Report is available

The 2011 IDDx/ISSx survey is closed and a comprehensive report has been compiled. We greatly appreciate the contributions received.
The Survey results show that IDDQ is an important test method, has a broad application field and is here to stay. Application methods are adapted in response to technology requirements and are meanwhile opening up new application opportunities. Although some prophets at the end of the nineties predicted that the sunset for IDDQ was soon to come, now more than 11 years later IDDQ has still a widespread use with a growing application interest as a solution to meet todays cost, quality and battery lifetime requirement.

As part of the SVTC program a comprehensive half day Tutorial on Getting the Best out of Current Test was given by Q-Stars CEO Dr Hans Manhaeve. This well received tutorial addressed all aspects of IDDX/ISSX you need to know for a successful application of the related test methodologies to todays low power as well as high current devices.

APP Systems Services Pte Ltd, a Singapore based company, has become a distributor of Q-Star Test products. The agreement extends sales and technology support for Q-Star's technology solutions throughout South-East Asia, covering Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines and Vietnam.

Back End Service Trade Intelligence Integration Corp. (BEST-IIC), a Taiwanese  semiconductor testing firm, has become a distributor of Q-Star Test products. The agreement extends sales and technology support for Q-Stars technology solutions throughout Taiwan and is based on the application of Q-Stars unique current (IDD/ISS) test and measurement solutions combined with BEST-IICs test program development services.

Q-Star Test and Ridgetop Group Inc. jointly present a tutorial at DATE2010.
Jointly we, Q-Star Test and our partner Ridgetop Group Inc., presented a tutorial on IC Yield, Reliability and Prognostic Methods using Nanoscale test Structures at the Design, Automation and Test in Europe (DATE 2010) conference. This tutorial (DATE Tutorial E1) is part of the annual IEEE Computer Society TTTC Test Technology Educational Program (TTEP) and took take place on Monday, March 8, 2010.
