Measurement Modules for Add-on Application...
are plug-and-play small advanced measurement modules that are designed to be placed on the interface board (Load-board, DUT-board or probe card) that links the device under test with the test system. These modules are test system (ATE) independent, extend and enhance the functionality and capabilities of existing ATE and are offering a low-cost test technology entry point. Solutions are available for submicron, Deep submicron (DSM) and Nanotechnology test application. Modules are available for insertion into the supply path (IDDX test) or for insertion into the ground path (ISSX test).

Our modules for add-on application can be classified into three main categories: Quiescent or static current measurement solutions, Analog and continuous current measurement solutions and Dynamic or Transient current measurement solutions. The modules for quiescent current measurement can be further divided into modules for supply current measurements (IDDX, ICCX applications) and modules for ground current measurements (ISSX applications).

Quiescent

Measurement modules for Quiescent Current Applications:
QD-1000:
The QD-1000 is an “obsolete” product. The QD-1000 is a single chip IDDQ measurement module targeted for pass/fail applications. The module has an analog value read-back option and voltage or current based pass/fail reference setting and is designed for measurement ranges from 50µA up to 1mA.

QD-10xx Product Family:
The QD-10xx product family consists of a set of measurement modules that easily support standard as well as advanced IDDQ or ISSQ test strategies. They are designed for Submicron, Deep Submicron and NanoTechnology IDDQ or ISSQ application but also serve for high performance (high speed, high quality) low current (leakage) measurements.
“Obsolete” Members of the family are at present the QD-1010Lite and QD-1010.
Active members of the family are the QD-1011Lite, QD-1011, QD-1012, QD-1013, QD-1020, QD-1022, QD-1023, QD-1030 and QD-1040. These products all provide measurement values and pass/fail results, have analog and digital value read-back options and support digital pass/fail reference setting. All family members, with an exception of the QD-1011Lite that only supports base functionality, have on-board memory and data processing capabilities and support dynamic limit setting, window comparison, and various advanced IDDQ test strategies, such as Delta-IDDQ, Relative IDDQ, Current ratios, signature testing and others. They can be used for both digital and analog applications.
Modules belonging to the QD-10xx product family can have measurement ranges ranging from 1nA up to 30mA and can have capacitive loading ranges from 10nF up to 100µF or more. Read more >>
QD-10xxHC Product Family:
The QD-10xxHC product family consists of a set of measurement modules that are design for high current applications. In addition to the high current measurement capabilities They have similar features as the corresponding QD-10xx family products and easily support standard as well as advanced IDDQ test strategies as well as ISSQ test strategies.
“Obsolete” members of the family are at present the QD-1010HCLite and QD-1010HC.
Active members of the family are the QD-1011HCLite, QD-1011HC, QD-1013HC, QD-1020HC, QD-1023HC and QD-1030HC.
Modules belonging to the QD-10xxHC product family can have measurement ranges ranging from 50mA up to 2A without the need for additional components and can have measurement ranges beyond 2A (up to 100A or more) when used in combination with an external sense element. They can have capacitive loading ranges from 10nF up to 100µF or more. Read more >>
QD-2000:
The QD-2000 is a quad channel IDDQ instrument with basic measurement functionality and digital value read-back designed for measurement ranges from 1nA up to 2A. Read more >>

Analog

Measurement modules for Analog current measurement Applications:
QA-10xx Product Family:
The QA-10xx product family consists of a set of measurement modules that are designed for continuous and analog current measurement applications. Members of the family at present are the QA-1000 and the QA-1000HC.
The QA-1000 is a continuous IDD measurement device that converts the measured current into an analog output voltage. The QA-1000 combines a 1.5MHz bandwidth with a 50mA operating range, has a user configurable bandwidth and measurement range.
The QA-1000HC has a 5MHz bandwidth and can have measurement ranges from 50mA up to 2A. Read more >>
QT-14xx Product Family:
The QT-14xx measurement module product family consists of a set of measurement modules designed for dynamic, transient, and switching (supply) current measurement applications, but that also can be used for analog current measurement applications. These modules make their measurements based on high-speed sampling, can perform static as well as dynamic measurements and have a high bandwidth.These products also provide a continuous (analog) output voltage directly related to the current measured/observed.
“Obsolete” members of the family are the QT-1400 and QT-1410.
An active member of the family is the QT-1411.
Measurement modules belonging to the QT-14xx product family combine measurement ranges ranging from 10mA up to 100A with capacitive loading ranges from 500nF up to 10µF or more and can sample the current waveform at sampling rates ranging from 1MHz up to 50MHz. With an exception of the QT-1400 the QT-14xx products combine high speed sampling and measurement capabilities with memory and on-board data processing and decision making capabilities. Read more >>
Dynamic

The QT-14xx measurement module product family consists of a set of measurement modules designed for dynamic, transient, and switching (supply) current measurement applications, but that also can be used for analog current measurement applications. These modules make their measurements based on high-speed sampling, can perform static as well as dynamic measurements and have a high bandwidth. These products also provide a continuous (analog) output voltage directly related to the current measured/observed.
“Obsolete” members of the family are the QT-1400 and QT-1410.
An active member of the family is the QT-1411.
