We work with a number of the major semiconductor companies as well with customers in different market segments ranging from consumer and telecommunications over automotive to medical and avionic applications. Currently we are entering other vertical segments such as automated test equipment builders, test services providers, and test software tool vendors.

We typically work directly with IC designers and test engineering managers, DFT engineers, product managers and quality managers who are part of the development department for electronic products.

Our customer base is worldwide and spreads from Japan over Europe to the US. The following companies among others successfully implemented Q-Star Test products and solutions into their IC production test flow and are using them either at probe or at final test or at both probe and final test:
